At what exact time is the reminder email sent?
The reminder is sent at the exact time of your watch slot. If your slot is at 8pm, you receive the email at 8pm.
What does the reminder email contain?
The email lists all videos scheduled for that slot: video title, channel name, and a direct link to open it on YouTube.
Will the emails end up in spam?
Our emails are sent from a dedicated emailing infrastructure with good sender reputation. To be safe, add contact@watchflow.app to your contacts.
Can I get an early reminder before my slot?
Yes. In your account settings, you can enable early reminders to be notified 15 or 30 minutes before your slot.
What happens if no videos are scheduled for a slot?
If your slot is empty (no videos scheduled), no email is sent. You only receive a reminder when there is something to watch.
