Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Watch Flow, including Google sign-in and optional Google Calendar synchronization.
1. Scope
Watch Flow provides a web application for organizing YouTube videos, managing recurring watch slots, tracking watch progress, and optionally syncing selected data with Google Calendar.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Account and access
Access to Watch Flow currently relies on Google authentication. You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account secure.
You are responsible for the activity performed through your account, except in case of unauthorized use that is not attributable to you.
3. Service features
- Add and schedule YouTube videos inside your personal workspace.
- Define recurring slots to organize your watch routine.
- Track progress, receive reminders, and view analytics according to available features.
- Optionally sync Watch Flow events with Google Calendar by creating, updating, and deleting related events.
4. Google sign-in and Calendar sync
When you enable Google Calendar sync, you authorize Watch Flow to use the Google permissions required to create, update, and delete Watch Flow events in your primary calendar.
You can disable this sync from the application settings or revoke access directly from your Google account. Revoking access may prevent some features from working until you authorize the connection again.
5. Your obligations
- Use the service lawfully and in line with its intended purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, bypass, or compromise the security of the application.
- Do not use Watch Flow to distribute, store, or process unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Review the information scheduled in your calendar and correct any material error when needed.
6. Your content
You retain rights over the content and data you add to Watch Flow. You grant us only the limited rights required to host, process, display, and sync that data in order to provide the service.
7. Availability and service changes
Watch Flow may evolve at any time. Features may be modified, improved, suspended, or removed to improve the product, fix issues, or meet legal or technical obligations.
The service is provided on an as-is basis with a reasonable efforts obligation, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Intellectual property
The elements specific to Watch Flow, including the software, interface, structure, text, branding, and graphics, remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership transfer is granted beyond the limited right to use the service under these terms.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or limit access to the service in case of misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or when required to preserve service integrity.
You may stop using Watch Flow at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting contact@watchflow.app.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Watch Flow will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption resulting from the use or unavailability of the service.
You remain responsible for reviewing your scheduled dates, reminders, and the information added to your calendar.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The version published on this page is the reference version.
