Questions about the sync
Which Google Calendar is used for the sync?
Watch Flow syncs with your main Google Calendar, the one associated with the Google account you use to sign in. Events are created in a dedicated "Watch Flow" calendar.
What Google permissions are required?
Watch Flow requests read/write access to Google Calendar only to create, edit and delete events related to your videos. No other access to your Google account is required.
Is the sync two-way?
No, the sync is one-way: Watch Flow pushes your scheduled videos to Google Calendar. Changes made directly in Google Calendar are not reflected in Watch Flow.
How often are events synced?
Events sync in real time. Any scheduling, modification or deletion in Watch Flow is immediately reflected in your Google Calendar.
Can I disable the sync at any time?
Yes. You can disconnect Google Calendar from Watch Flow settings. Events already created in your calendar are not deleted — you can keep or remove them manually.
